- At the heart of the session is the “magic window”, a collaboration tool that synchronizes in real time what the customer and the Host does.
- The Host can place on the “magic window” any type of media and content including Images, documents (DOC, PDF, PPT, etc.) video clips or a white board for drawing.
- A Second camera can be used so Host can show and discuss items in his hand or near his desktop.
